Each section can be activated or deactivated from within the Content Management System (CMS) at any time. This will allow you the flexibility to grow your Web site as you enter different stages of your campaign. You can also create your own content pages for any specific or unique page features you would like to present to your audience.

Robust Database Features

All of the "data collection" pages of your site (Get Involved, Sign Up and Contact) gather and organize your information in a secure database. This information can be exported from the CMS as an Excel spreadsheet for use in other applications. You can even edit and customize the fields you wish to capture.

The rules and regulations regarding campaign contributions vary from state to state which can be a major headache for campaigns. If you chose to receive contributions through your site, and contract with eDonation.com, you will be given a URL link to your created donation page. This link can be input into the CMS and will allow visitors seamless access to the appropriate contribution page.

Blast email has become an important component of new media campaigns. However, it is not appropriate to attempt to push blast email through a traditional Web server. Security issues, tracking and spam laws create far more risk than reward. Plus, many campaigns have their own email vendor that they prefer. The sign up tool on your Web site is designed to gather and store the data from your users so you can easily download the database and insert it into whatever blast email vehicle you'd like.
